AMW GmbH Welcomed Bavarian State Secretary for Economic Affairs Gotthardt at its Warngau Headquarters

Warngau, Germany, August 5, 2026

AMW GmbH, a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on biodegradable controlled-release drug delivery systems, today reported on the visit by Bavarian State Secretary for Economic Affairs Tobias Gotthardt to its headquarters in Warngau, south of Munich.

Company representatives of AMW, including the two managing directors Philipp Karbach and Dr. Joerg Serafimov, informed Mr. Gotthardt about innovative approaches to drug development during a tour of the site. “The pharmaceutical industry is a key sector with a high level of innovation,” commented Tobias Gotthardt, State Secretary at the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development, and Energy. “Companies like AMW demonstrate that competitiveness arises where highly skilled employees, expertise, and entrepreneurial spirit come together.
