The fair once again showed how valuable direct exchange between companies and students can be. Many engaging conversations, insightful questions, and genuine interest in career opportunities shaped these two days.
Together with some of the region’s most renowned employers and coaches specializing in personal development, our People team and trainers were on site throughout both days.
They provided insights into the apprenticeship opportunities at AMW GmbH while also meeting many motivated young people who are actively exploring their future career paths.
