Most of our job openings do not have a specific application deadline. If there is a deadline, it will always be stated in the job posting.

FAQs About the Application Process
Please apply online via our AMW job portal and submit your cover letter, CV, and relevant certificates. Shortly after submitting your application, you will receive an automated confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation, please feel free to contact us.
Our specialist department reviews your application within just a few working days. You will then receive feedback on your application, ideally including an invitation to an initial interview via video conference.
If both sides feel there is a good fit, we will invite you to a second, personal interview at our location in Warngau. This can also include a tour of our facilities. For applications for leadership positions, the second interview includes additional elements focusing on leadership skills (e.g. a professional presentation, simulation, or similar exercises). Once both sides agree on the future collaboration, we will send you a contract offer.
FAQs About the Interview
We usually schedule one to one and a half hours for the interview. Of course, we wouldn’t want to cut an engaging conversation short. If you have any important follow-up appointments afterwards, please let us know in advance so that we can make sure to finish on time.
This varies depending on the position. The manager responsible for the hiring decision will always be part of the interview. In most cases, a member of the People team and, if applicable, a team member from the relevant department will also join. We will always inform you in advance about all interview participants.
We delete your data in accordance with the applicable retention periods after the application process has been completed, unless we receive your permission by email to store your data beyond the respective application process for the purpose of building a talent pool. This allows us to contact you at a later stage if a suitable position becomes available.

Your first weeks at AMW are dedicated entirely to helping you settle into your new role. You will get to know your team, become familiar with our goals, organizational structure, and ways of working, learn about our customers and products, and take part in your first training sessions. A personalized onboarding plan, created by your manager, together with regular onboarding meetings, will guide you through your first few months. Regular meetups with other new colleagues will help you settle in. They will give you the opportunity to connect with your team, share experiences, and get answers to any questions you may have.
