These values were not created on a drawing board. They come from within our organization — from feedback provided by our employees during a company-wide systemic diagnosis, from the leadership offsite with our management team, from external impulses, and from many months of intensive collaboration within the Executive Board.
Now the real work begins: bringing these values to life in our everyday actions. The first step has already been taken: each and every one of us has made a personal commitment outlining how we want to contribute in concrete ways.
Our values are a promise. To ourselves. To each other. And to everyone who wants to grow with us.
